There
are times when we experience emotional difficulties that
seem too much for us to deal
with alone. It helps then to have somebody who really
listens and can understand what the struggles are. You
may be angry, anxious, frightened, or depressed about
things. You may have relationship issues or have lost
somebody dear to you. It could be that you are finding
it difficult to cope at the moment or you are having to
make a difficult decision.
